- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited in line to be helped, the teller said she could help. I smiled and said great! I'd like a money order for this amount. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me because she didn't have a pin pad. I stood back in line and waited 5 mins for the same teller to come back and say, 'oh, I guess I can help you. Can I see two forms of id?' I said, I've been banking here for years and you want to see two forms of id? She went on to tell me she couldn't help unless I had two forms of id because she doesn't have a pin pad... The workers obviously need the tools to do their job.
